Job Description Summary

The Coordinator of Football Operations is responsible for the organization and execution of all administrative and operational aspects of a collegiate football program. This position ensures the efficient coordination of team logistics including travel, scheduling, compliance, and daily budget operations. The role supports the coaching staff and student-athletes by managing internal processes, fostering communication, and maintaining adherence to NCAA and institutional regulations. Additionally, the position plays a critical role in enhancing the overall student-athlete experience through effective planning and program support.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

FUNCTIONS:

  1. Football Operations & Logistics Management
  2. Compliance & Administrative Coordination
  3. Student-Athlete Support & Program Operations

Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Football Operations & Logistics Management - Coordinate all team travel including transportation, lodging, meals, and itineraries for away contests and special events. - Develop and distribute detailed daily, weekly, and game-day schedules for coaches, staff, and student-athletes.
