• Manage Football’s recruiting boards - both digitally and physically - and ensure all information is up to date and correct
• Maintain and utilize knowledge of NCAA rules

• Manage Football’s recruiting boards - both digitally and physically - and ensure all information is up to date and correct
• Maintain and utilize knowledge of NCAA rules

20% - Recruiting Database Management (Verified Measurables)

• Plan and execute recruiting database measurements.
• Manage recruiting database from on-campus visits and Football camps (Row the Boat Camp, Satellite camps, etc). Follow up with Coaches on this measured data in a timely manner. 

10% - Administrative

• Serve as a liaison with Compliance of Football Scouting Operations.

• Organize recruiting information for football staff.

  • Liaison for football student-athlete’s academic progress. Track down all personal data including GPA, test scores, address, parent’s names, etc. 

• Monitor the athlete evaluations completed by the football staff.

• Assist in the advancing the department's mission, vision, and strategic plan including its commitment to equity and diversity.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of related education and work experience to equal four years
• Recruiting experience

With more than 140 years of tradition, Gopher Athletics is one of the oldest and most decorated athletics departments in the country. Minnesota was a charter member of the Big Ten Conference – our teams have won more than 200 conference titles to go with 26 national titles – and is currently home to 25 programs, the fourth-most in the league. There are more than 700 student-athletes and nearly 300 full-time employees in our athletics department. Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $46,000 - $48,000 annually; depending on education/qualifications/experience 

Time Appointment: 75%-100% Appointment
