This position works closely with the coaching staff to provide timely, accurate, and organized video content to support team preparation, player development, and game planning. The Video Coordinator must maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced NCAA Division I environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of video operations for the women’s basketball program.
Capture, edit, organize, and distribute practice and game footage for coaches and student-athletes.
Prepare opponent scouting film, including breaking down game film, tagging plays, and creating customized video edits.

Manage video exchange responsibilities, including receiving, uploading, and organizing opponent and conference film.
Support coaching staff with film needs for recruiting, player development, and strategic planning.
Operate and maintain video equipment, software, and related technology used by the program.
Ensure timely delivery of all requested film and video materials.
Maintain an organized video archive and file management system.
Uphold NCAA, SEC, and University policies and procedures related to video, confidentiality, and athletics operations.
