| General Summary |
- Supports operational functions and membership services for the University’s athletic fundraising program. Assists with member engagement, service coordination, and administrative processes to enhance donor experience and program effectiveness.

| Major Duties |
- Engages with athletic fundraising program members by providing responsive and courteous assistance, serving as a reliable point of contact to support a positive donor experience.
- Supports donor communications by contributing to the development and delivery of messaging and engagement touchpoints for athletic fundraising program members.
- Assists with the development of promotional materials to clearly and professionally communicate the value and benefits of membership.
- Facilitates logistics for premium seating to support donor engagement and event coordination.
- Assists with data and content requests.
- Coordinates benefit fulfillment for athletic fundraising program members to support effective donor stewardship.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited institution.
- One year’s relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications or related field.
- Demonstrated professionalism.
- Strong self-motivation.
- Ability to work as a team member in a complex organization.
- Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
