Job Description
The Special Events and Facility Operations Coordinator is an integral part of the Department of Athletics and Business Advancement teams committed to a culture that provides the opportunity to develop our student-athletes through success in academics and competition to achieve excellence in life.
The Special Events and Facility Operations Coordinator reports to the Director of Venue Sales.
Responsible for assisting the Director of Venue Sales by coordinating requests and details for multiple venues. These can include university and non-university (external) events. Organizes and processes a high volume of requests via our scheduling software EMS. Responsible for determining all details including event setup, audio visual, and seeing the event through from booking to final invoicing.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned events, working closely with Facility Operations and catering managers to execute setup, teardown, and to provide exceptional customer service.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $16.06 - $21.42 per hour (min - mid). The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's education and experience.
