• Prior experience with a collegiate or professional football program

Job Description

The Coordinator of Team Operations is responsible for providing assistance with coordinating all recruiting operations activities throughout the year, maintaining up-to-date prospective student-athlete profiles and maintaining up to date recruiting boards, working with Head Coach to manage Student Athlete licensing agreements, and other duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• Assists with prospect identification and evaluation
• Assists with coordinating all recruiting efforts (Game day activities, official and unofficial visits, Junior days and other football recruiting events)
• Assists with documentation of all forms related to football recruiting; including licensing agreements.
• Maintains up-to-date prospective student-athlete profiles and film profiles on behalf of assigned assistant coaches
• Serves as a liaison between assigned Head and Assistant coach(s); football support staff and administration
• Maintains continual and thorough familiarity with all applicable NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned
