Primary Duties:
Corporate Sponsorship
Attend events and photograph sponsored elements.
Organize sponsor validation photos in L-drive after events.
Create proof of performances for sponsors.
Input all sponsor contracts into the respected inventory sheets for the contract year.
Communicate with sponsors on what to expect when coming to campus for events with details related to times, locations, contact information and maps of campus when applicable.
Create and manage social media calendar of sponsored elements working directly with marketing and creative.

Marketing
Work directly with the director of marketing and director of corporate partnerships to create graphics when needed. Graphics include: Schedule posters, snap frames, social media graphics, email graphics, gameday sponsor assets, shirt designs, etc.
Create digital assets for sponsors when needed related to video-board and print material.
Revenue Generation
Main point of contact for Follet championship shirt ordering.
Work with Follet on shirt design for championship apparel for all sports.
Organize a social media and release plan for championship apparel sales.
Work with coaches to get teams size and order championship shirts for the team.
Facilitate pickup and delivery of shirts to team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Interest in a career in sports, marketing, advertising, hospitality or other related field.
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong client relationships.
Ability to work confidently in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Strong customer service skills.
This position may require driving a company/university vehicle. A valid driver’s license is required and an MVR will be conducted at the time of hire.

Working Conditions
Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
