The Creative Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in serving the video and graphic needs of Wildcat athletics. Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs, you will assist in the creation and coordination of visual content to enhance the Wildcat brand, and both the student-athlete, and gameday, experience. Under the guidance of the Associate Athletic Director, you will support the continued development, implementation, and evolution of our creative projects. These projects must align with university policies, NCAA regulations, and industry best practices.
As the Creative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video and graphic content; managing and maintaining digital assets; and ensuring consistency across all visual media. You will oversee the production process, audit and evaluate effectiveness, and ensure that all content meets brand standards. The Role:
Join us as the Creative Media Assistant/Intern, pivotal in driving Athletic Marketing and Communications for Central Washington University's Intercollegiate Athletics. Collaborate closely with department staff to amplify the university brand across digital platforms, including the athletic website, social media, and gameday events. Produce engaging video and social media content, innovate marketing strategies, edit multimedia materials, aid in digital communication strategy, research new marketing techniques, design graphics for various media, post content to social media platforms, and be available for evening, weekend, and occasional travel commitments.All employees are expected to support CWU's commitment to diversity and to bring and support inclusion into the university environment.
Collaborates with the Associate Athletics Director for External Affairs on additional marketing initiatives, as assigned. Attend staff meetings and workshops for professional development
Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary : This position has a minimum annual salary of $40,333 and maximum annual salary of $56,467. The Hiring Department's expected hiring range is $40,333 - $48,400. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the hiring range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
Schedule/Appointment : Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch) / Project position with expected end date 10 months from the start date
Working Conditions : Work is performed in an indoor office setting with frequent in-person interactions. It is essential to be able to remain at a desk/computer workstation for prolonged periods of time, perform extensive data entry and other computer-related tasks, and create/maintain filing systems for departmental records. Some evening or weekend work and/or occasional travel may be required.
