Description

The Assistant Football Coach will possess an ability to coach a defensive position and special teams. The candidate will also have strong organizational skills, proficiency in video, and be able to support recruiting efforts of our full time coaches. Gustavus Adolphus College, a strong liberal arts college, competes in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference as an NCAA Division III member.

This is a restricted earnings position and the time frame of the position is from August 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025.

Prerequisites

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Proficiency with social media, video editing, and Microsoft Office suite products
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Collegiate playing and or college coaching experience.
• Experience with leading strength and conditioning workouts
