The Defensive Coordinator will assist with training and developing players on technique, hand placement, and footwork while assisting the defensive coordinator with game planning, film analysis, and scouting. They also assist with managing practice drills, assist with recruitment, ensure NCAA compliance, and assist with monitoring student-athlete academic progress.

The University is a current member of the Mountain West Conference and future member of the Pac-12 Conference. The University is located in Fort Collins, Colorado, 65 miles north of Denver. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of one year of professional work experience in collegiate or professional football
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Previous playing experience in NCAA Division I FBS or FCS
Strong understanding of football techniques, strategies, and rules
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in video analysis tools and coaching/recruiting software
Ability to travel and work nontraditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
$20.00 -- $23.00/hour
