Working under the direction for the Head Coach in Overseeing/Coordinating the Defensive unit of the Sprint Football team.
Implementing, managing and developing the philosophy of the Defensive Staff.
Working with the Head Coach in coordinating the recruiting efforts of the Defensive unit.
Implementing and Overseeing the development of Camps/Clinics.

Assisting with fundraising efforts as assigned by the Head Coach.
Assisting the Head Coach in the coaching and management of the intercollegiate program. Communicating and integrating the mission of the University and the philosophy of the Athletic Department within the program.
Assisting in the coaching and supervising of all games, scrimmages, and practices during championship and non-championship seasons.
Working with student athletes on individual development plans during non-championship seasons.
Formulating training and game plans to be approved by the Head Coach.
Evaluating and scouting opponents. Instructing all team members of scouting report information for the purposes of improving player development and success as a student-athlete as assigned by the Head Coach.
Adhering to and educating student athletes on all NCAA, CSFL & CACC policies and procedures.
Mentoring athletes in regards to student well-being and mental health issues.
Working with athletics administrators to handle other program administrative responsibilities, as assigned. Drive vehicles when necessary.
Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field, plus one to two years of effective experience. Must successfully complete the NCAA Division II Education Modules prior to recruiting off campus.
