Summary of Job Duties: The University of Arkansas at Little Rock (Little Rock Athletics) is seeking a Deputy Athletics Director/Chief Revenue Officer. The Deputy Athletics Director will help provide strategic vision and leadership for a thriving and growing Division I athletics program in the Ohio Valley Conference. Playing a critical role in revenue generation, strategic planning, goal setting, fundraising, community engagement, and sport program oversight, this position will drive the department to advance its goals in pursuit of excellence. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee revenue enhancement opportunities with our newly formed and aggressive outbound ticket sales division, as well as our evolving sponsorship and multi-media rights partnership;
Have a key role as we grow our efforts in the Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) space;
Be responsible for marshalling the efforts of two (2) Associate ADs for Development;
As a member of the Department’s Leadership Team, the Deputy AD will oversee multiple sports, including our flagship Women’s Basketball program.;
Represent the program at various campus and community engagements and serve as a key leader, helping set expectations and priorities for the program;
Drive revenue generation via fundraising, ticket and sponsorship sales efforts. In addition, experience working with championship caliber sport programs is desired;
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
