As a core member of the executive leadership team, the Deputy Athletic Director – Strategy & Operations is a trusted thought partner to the Director of Athletics, managing the daily operations of the AD’s office and driving the execution of departmental priorities. The successful candidate will formally oversee the Athletics Communications unit, track and execute revenue share and NIL parameters, manage the Director of Athletics Dashboard, serve as the primary liaison to the Office of General Counsel, partner on financial oversight, and represent the AD across campus. This role requires exceptional executive maturity and focuses heavily on internal integration and alignment.
