Social Media Management
· Assist in the day-to-day management of Duke Women's Basketball social media accounts.
· Schedule, publish, and monitor content across all digital platforms.
· Support game day and event day social media coverage.
· Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of digital campaigns.
Content Creation
· Capture and create photo, video, and short-form content at practices, games, community events, and program activities.
· Assist in producing content that highlights student-athletes, coaches, alumni, and program culture.
· Edit content for social media, website, email, and promotional use.
· Identify creative storytelling opportunities throughout the season and offseason.
Engagement
· Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
· Assist with fan engagement initiatives and interactive content.
· Help strengthen the program's digital community through consistent and engaging storytelling.
· Work closely with communications, marketing, recruiting, creative services, and external relations staff.
· Support digital campaigns tied to ticket sales, special events, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
· Assist with other content and creative projects as assigned.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $45,661.00 to USD $73,140.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
