Job Summary
The Director of Applied Sport Science & Sports Performance Coach provides leadership and integration of sport science, data analytics, and performance technology to enhance student-athlete health, development, and competitive success. This role is a key contributor to the department’s high-performance model, combining applied sport science oversight with direct strength and conditioning responsibilities for assigned sport program(s). The position supports department-wide performance analytics initiatives, with an emphasis on Olympic sports, and delivers data-driven insights to inform coaching, training, recovery, and recruiting strategies.

This position will work primarily on campus. Travel and parking expenses are the employee’s responsibility.
