Saint Francis University, a Division I member of the Northeast Conference, invites applications for a full time Director, Athletic Performance in the Department of Athletics. The Director is responsible to the Director of Athletics or his/her designee for the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for all of the University's sports programs.
The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the NEC, and the NCAA. In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Must possess the knowledge and ability to design and implement strength and conditioning programs at the Division I level. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are necessary. Excellent communication skills, computer skills, and related experience in athletics required. CSCS or SCCC and First Aid/CPR certification are required.
