A Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of relevant experience in strength and conditioning programs in basketball or professional sports organizations.
Current
CPR

AED
certification required.
Must currently hold and maintain
CSCS
or
SCCC
certification.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
This position will require work beyond the normal schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays and may require travel as needed.

Ability to lead appropriate strength and conditioning programs.
Ability to organize, prioritize and follow multiple projects and tasks to completion.
Ability to effectively identify and resolve problems while maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to use computer and software applications, specifically Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and to relate to others in a professional manner.
Must be able to comply with Athletic Department, University, Board of Trustees, and
NCAA
policies and procedures.
