This position serves as the Director of New College of Florida E-Sports. This includes recruiting scholar athletes, creating
practice plans and executing team activities, scheduling competitions, and additional duties as assigned.

Examples of Duties

The Director of E-Sports will be directly responsible for the recruitment of
student athletes specialized in E-Sports. The head coach is responsible for
maintaining academic recruiting standards, and recruiting athletes who fit
New College’s mission of creating the best Liberal Arts atmosphere in the
country.

The Director of E-Sports will be responsible for the scheduling and execution
of all New College E-Sport practices, meets, and other team activities. This
includes coordinating schedules with opponents, scheduling team practice
times and facilities as needed, and coordinating rosters and other information
as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of appropriate coaching experience

Preferred Qualifications

Previous coaching experience at the intercollegiate level.
