Position Summary
The Director of Advancement-Athletics and Parent Relations will build a network of University constituents to include parents, alumni, businesses, and community leaders, who will become donors and donor prospects. The Director of Advancement-Athletics and Parent Relations will build support for overall university initiatives, as well as support for intercollegiate athletics at CUW through the active engagement of the various external constituencies of the University, focusing on solicitations of gifts or pledges of $25,000+. This is a full-time position that reports to the Vice President of Advancement, is housed in the Office of Advancement, and works collaboratively and in support of the Director of Athletics on the Mequon, WI Campus.

Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree is required and at least three years of experience that relates directly to fundraising or sales is preferred. Must be computer literate with an understanding of development or fundraising techniques and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits
