The Director of Athletic Compliance will play a critical role in supporting the College’s transition from the NJCAA to NCAA membership. This position ensures adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations, with a strong emphasis on eligibility and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in NCAA compliance and eligibility processes and will serve as a resource for coaches, staff, and student-athletes during this pivotal transition.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate compliance records and assist in investigating and reporting potential violations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
Represent the athletics department at conference meetings, NCAA regional rules seminars, and national conventions as needed.
Assist with game-day operations, event management, and other departmental duties as assigned.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Athletics
