Job Summary

This position leads and oversees the Athletics Ticketing Office, providing strategic direction and daily management of all ticketing operations. The individual serves as the primary point of contact for all ticketing inquiries and is responsible for the sale and management of season tickets, single-game tickets, group tickets, premium seating, parking, and outbound ticket sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities include generating ticketing reports, developing and executing ticketing and revenue strategies, enhancing the customer experience, and maximizing ticket revenue while strengthening the ETSU Athletics brand.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with enterprise ticketing solutions; experience with the Paciolan ticketing system is preferred.
  • Experience managing athletics ticketing operations, including oversight of game-day ticketing activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
