Position Overview
This position provides support for the success of the MBB team through the daily, weekly, and monthly execution of its operations. Primary duties include budget management, recruiting organization and campus visits, equipment (shoes, apparel, uniforms) procurement, practice and game scheduling, facility scheduling, team travel arrangements (both domestic and international), community relations (community service projects, promotional activities, media training, and guest speaker coordination), student-athlete welfare (liaison to academic support, compliance, student-life, housing, meals, tickets), film exchange, fundraising responsibilities, manage technology needs of coaches, additional duties as assigned by the head basketball coach.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, administrators and staff.
