The Director of Corporate Partnerships within the Department of Athletics provides leadership and management for the University’s intercollegiate athletics corporate partner program. This is a full-time administrative staff position that will be responsible for the identification, solicitation, fulfillment, and reconciliation for all aspects of the University’s corporate partner program. In addition, the director will be a key member of the athletic staff and will assist in the overall external revenue generation to support the intercollegiate athletic program.

In addition, the director will be a key member of the athletic staff and will assist in the overall external revenue generation to support the intercollegiate athletic program.
Responsibilities:
Apply NowFulfill the terms of agreements that provide advertising, marketing, and promotional benefits to partner businesses.
Manage all relevant reporting: outreach activity, pending revenue, billing, late payments, projections, and other data as directed.
Management of partnership activation expenses to maintain effective return on investment for partners and the University.
Management of the overall partnership fulfillment and execution, including direct client service and support.
Serve as primary point of contact for institution’s current partners.
Work with decision-makers at these companies to extend and increase their commitment to the University.
Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate and University direction, mission, and goals in the marketplace.
Develop and maintain relationships with top University Administrators.
Prepare and present high-quality slide decks to new businesses that thoughtfully demonstrate the value and potential of a mutually beneficial partner relationship.
Draft and coordinate agreements, as well as manage the invoicing and collections for all accounts.
Collaborate with the athletic staff members on game days for partner activations as well as the entertainment of current or prospective partners.
Participate in regular athletic staff meetings and provide a written monthly summary to the Athletic Director that includes sales, collections and prospecting updates.
Assist the Department with other revenue generation efforts and promotional efforts (i.e. program marketing, ticket sales, partnership events, as well as Blue & Gold Fund) as directed.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $43,000.00 to $48,000.00 annually
Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. The selected candidate’s actual base pay will be based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including experience. Information about the total compensation package for this position will be provided during the interview process.
This is a full-time, salaried position. Benefits are available the first of the month after the full-time employee’s date of hire and include – health, dental and vision insurance, life and long-term disability insurance, and retirement plan enrollment is available to full-time employees with contribution from the University after one year. Paid holidays, vacation, personal leave and sick leave. Tuition benefits are also available for full-time employees and their qualified dependents.
