The coach will give direction to the athletes included in the E-Sports program of Bluefield University while fostering and maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Teaching/Coaching (50%):
Departmental Administration: (15%)
Recruiting (25%):
Public Relations (5%)
Other Duties (5%):
SUPERVISORY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND FUNCTIONS
This position directly supervises any assistant, volunteers, and student workers who are assigned to the E-Sports program and carries out supervisory responsibilities per the University’s policies and applicable laws. Supervisory duties, responsibilities, and functions include interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.

ERGONOMIC REQUIREMENTS
This position requires performing office-related tasks, which involve sitting, standing, walking, and carrying light loads (books, displays, presentations).
