Director of Esports
Position: Director of Esports (Part-Time, 12 months)
Department: Athletics
Supervisor: Sarah Freeman, Associate Athletic Director
Bushnell University Overview:

The Bushnell Athletic Department is a member of the NAIA, ECAC (Esports), and Cascade Collegiate Conference. Bushnell currently sponsors 17 athletic teams including: baseball, basketball (men’s and women’s), beach volleyball, cross country (men’s and women’s), esports, outdoor track & field and indoor track (men’s and women’s), golf (men’s and women’s), soccer (men’s and women’s), softball, and volleyball.
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Associate Athletic Director, coach, plan, organize, recruit for, and coordinate the Bushnell University Esports Program.

Experience and Qualification Requirements:
Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree and extensive participation in competitive Esports. Two years of collegiate level experience preferred.
