Ripon College is accepting applications for the position of Director of Esports. This full-time position reports to the Director of Athletics. The Esports Director will serve as the College’s inaugural coach and recruiter. The Director’s primary role is the overall recruitment and retention of students who will fill the varsity Esports roster. The Director must focus not only on the development of the Esports program but recognize and emphasize academic excellence in the classroom. The Director must become proficient with the use of Slate and ARI, the College’s recruiting software. The final candidate must successfully complete a background check, and have a valid driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record.
