Position Summary: Duke University Athletics is seeking a qualified candidate to manage all aspects of the Duke Football Video department. The candidate would be responsible for maintaining state of the art sports technology and providing oversight and direction for all video recordings and editing of practice and competition as required.

Position Summary: Duke University Athletics is seeking a qualified candidate to manage all aspects of the Duke Football Video department. The candidate would be responsible for maintaining state of the art sports technology and providing oversight and direction for all video recordings and editing of practice and competition as required.
Essential Functions:
· Shoot, edit and deliver high quality video content for all coaching and football department needs
· Direct, edit, and manage video of all football practices, games, and events.
· Edit practice and game film for each unit of the football team as needed for meetings and review
· Create and modify custom game analysis reports
· Oversee all support for video, data and technical needs as needed to include monitors, cameras, laptops, iPads and other equipment utilized by coaches and staff.
· Ability to use a variety of video and editing equipment
· Knowledge of football technology trends to make decisions relative to the functionality and productivity of software and hardware needs
· IT needs (phone, computer, and other electronic devices) within the football program will first be reviewed by this position holder, assessed and will refer to Athletics IT as needed
· Knowledge and commitment of NCAA and ACC rules
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· 2-3 years of experience working with collegiate video operations, focus on football preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
· Effective written and verbal communication
· Strong organizational and problem solving skills needed
· The scope of this position requires weekend, evening and possible holiday hours
· Thrive in fast paced environment, possess a keen attention to details, and ability to multi-task

Work requires knowledge of video production, as well as communications, analyticaland organizational skills generally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program in a related field.
Work requires a minimum of three years experience working video production with a college or professional sports team.
