Position Information

Reporting to the Head Football Coach, this position is responsible for the daily administrative operation of the football program including but not limited to team travel logistics, oversight of the annual and daily recruiting operational and logistical processes within the NDSU football program, management of the internal needs and services of student-athletes. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Coordination of football team travel.
• Facility scheduling for practices, meetings, camps, etc.

• Assist in annual preparation and monitoring of budget.
• Serve as the liaison with multiple internal and external NDSU campus units (ticket office, academics, housing, admissions, etc)
• Oversight of Teamworks.
• Oversight of on and off-campus recruiting.
• Serve as the liaison with academic support team.
• Assist student athletes with navigating financial aid, academics and other campus entities.
• Serve as the NFL scout liaison.
• Assist with all summer camp operations.

Advertised Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4 years of experience with a Division I football program.
• Evidence of strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to compliance with NCAA rules and regulations.
• Evidence of ability to interact positively with student-athletes, parents, colleagues and the public.
• Demonstrated professional behavior.
• Commitment to the academic success of student-athletes.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to produce graphics and communicate via social media.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Teamworks, Pro Football Focus, Whistle Recruiting and ARMS.
• Experience with supervising staff (both professional and student).
