45% - Essential - Administrative Support, Operations and Travel Management: Organizes, directs and coordinates the program's administrative operations. Responsible for communicating and coordinating directly with visiting teams and works with Event Management to manage home game logistics. Works in conjunction with Internal Operations to coordinate travel budget and arranges bus travel. Coordinates travel planning. Plans and administers team travel. Ensures issues related to hotel and bus arrangements are addressed during team travel. Schedules practice sites of away games. Schedules team meals in season and out.
45% - Essential - Academic Support & NCAA Compliance: Works with academic support staff on matters related to academic policy and maintains CARA logs. Coordinates team activities with academic support staff. Oversees the program's time management plan. Ensures program operations are consistent with University and NCAA rules. Serves as team Navigate database point of contact to monitor student-athlete academic progress (class attendance, Navigate alerts from faculty and staff, etc.).
10% - Essential - Promotion and Representation: Promotes a positive image inside and outside the University. Directs the production and execution of special promotional events and projects for the team. Assists the Marketing support staff with program promotional activities. Assist the Communications support staff on media relations for the program. Monitors social media platforms for the program.
Requirements- A bachelor’s degree is required for this position. The candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Limestone University, South Atlantic Conference (SAC) and the NCAA. This candidate must have previous experience at the NCAA level. The selected candidate must be willing to consent to and pass with satisfactory results, an investigative consumer report.
