The Director of Football Operations/Assistant Coach assists with the administrative and organizational functions of the football office and is responsible for the daily operations of the football program. This position supports the coaching staff by managing office operations, including handling phone calls and visitors; coordinating recruit and guest interactions; preparing and distributing paperwork across campus and within the athletics department; and maintaining accurate records of recruiting, video, academic, travel, and operational activities. The Director of Football Operations/Assistant Coach also supports team travel preparation and logistics and performs additional duties as assigned by the coaching staff. This role will have limited on-field coaching and recruiting responsibilities.

The work hours for this position include nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the football program schedule. Travel is required.

Salary and Benefits
Target hiring range is $65,000 - $72,000 and University benefits that include up to 17 holidays, and sick days; excellent health, life, and retirement plans; and tuition remission.
