Variable schedule with evening and weekend hours required in conjunction with football events and schedules.
This position serves as the Director of Football Video & Technology – with responsibility for oversight of the film and technology department for Charlotte Football including the filming of practices and games, as well as the upload and exchange of game film. Additional responsibilities include the research, implementation, management and troubleshooting of new and/or emerging technologies.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of experience related to the area of assignment in a broadcast television, radio and emerging media environment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
University Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from a four-year college or university in radio, television, and motion picture and two years of experience in producing television program and audiovisual materials; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsible for the management and operation of the film and technology department for Charlotte Football.
This position handles all filming or practices and games, along with uploading and exchange of game film.
The primary job responsibilities are research, implementation, management and troubleshooting of new technologies.
Other duties as assigned by Head Football Coach, Director of Football Operations or Director of Athletics for Football.
Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education
Previous experience in a Division 1 Football setting.
