The Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement (Marketer II)will play an integral role in marketing, promotions, and fan engagement for the Utah State Athletics Department. This individual will develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on increasing attendance and revenue, as well as develop and enhance the fan experience through game scripting, production, and experiences. This position will work closely with numerous departments, including ticket sales and operations, Aggie Sports Properties, communications, USU spirit, Aggie Marching and Pep band, and HURD student section.

The environment and physical requirements may change depending on the specific function of the work each department performs. Incumbents may be in both indoor and outdoor environments. This position requires considerable physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.) and/or pushing and pulling of heavy objects. Employees must be prepared to assume uncomfortable positions, such as crawling, kneeling, and squatting.
