Title: Director of Operations, Women’s Lacrosse
Â
Position Description:
This position will assist the women’s lacrosse program at Duke University with day to day office, travel and team operations while effectively serving accordance with NCAA, ACC Conference and Duke University policies and procedures. This is a part time paid position.
Â
Work Performed:
· Assist with practice set-up and breakdown
· Coordinate team travel
· Manage program calendar with respect to NCAA Compliance
· Organize camps, clinics and other special events as scheduled throughout the year
Â
Qualifications:
· Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills
· Effective written and verbal communication
· Knowledge of NCAA rules
· Strong organizational and problem solving skills needed
· The scope of this position requires weekend, evening and possible holiday hours

Education
Work requires the ability to provide recreational assistance generally equivalent to a partial high school education.
