The University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics competes at the highest level of intercollegiate athletics with the vision to reach Next Level Success for all 18 varsity teams and more than 450 student-athletes. The Men’s & Women’s Track & Field/Cross Country program at the University of Cincinnati (UC), Department of Athletics seeks applications for a Director of Operations (Sports Program Associate). This is a full-time position, salaried, with a comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach with the administration of a highly competitive Division I Track & Field program in the Big 12 conference. Responsibilities include but are not limited to organizing team events, coordinating all aspects of team travel, processing expense reports, tracking/reporting budget, distributing per diem[MJ(1.1], assisting with home meet management, assisting in on and off campus recruiting activities, overseeing interns and team managers, and organizing the team banquet.
