Assist assigned sports in all aspects of program management with any and all matters that pertain to the day-to-day operations of the program, which will include but is not limited to business operations and equipment operations.
Priority will be given to assigned teams within their championship season, which may include travel.
Assist programs as an Athletic Business Office liaison to assist with business office forms, travel authorizations or other business-related items involving the program.
Provide facility coordination & scheduling as needed for both assigned sports and their opponents.
Foster and build relationships with outside donors to help promote the program and university.
Assist in organization with sports camps/clinics, including but not limited to, apparel purchase, day-to-day activities, facility rentals, etc. as requested by the program.
Work with other support staff and coaches to provide professional atmosphere for teams and officials at the practice and competition site.
Work closely with assigned coaches and staff to ensure effective locker room management including, laundry and equipment ordering/management, locker room setup, and ensures all uniforms and team equipment are in place for all competitions and practices.
Have a strong working knowledge and understanding of all NCAA rules and regulations regarding compliance issues.
Perform other duties as assigned

Must have the ability to communicate well with prospective student-athletes, current student-athletes and staff, and maintain a high level of people skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
One (1) year of equipment operation experience.
One (1) year of event management experience.
Knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations.
