Reporting to the Head Men’s Soccer Coach, the Director of Men’s and Women’s Soccer Operations will carry out all duties within the stated philosophy of Georgetown athletics and its educational mission, and will adhere to all institutional, Big East, and NCAA regulation to ensure the University’s compliance. This role is vital to assisting in the logistics and operations of both the men’s and women’s soccer programs that compete at the national championship level. Coordinating the operational aspects of the men’s and women’s soccer program, duties include, but are not limited to:
Organize team travel and coordinate all team travel arrangements (transportation, off-site practices, meals).
Assist in coordinating on-campus official and unofficial visits and in developing recruiting materials.
Oversee the budget and assist with video operations, hiring and managing student managers.
Assist with game scheduling involvement in game day and video responsibilities, managing and overseeing all logistics to team practice.
In conjunction with the Director of Equipment and Transportation, manage team apparel and equipment, organizing and monitoring inventory.
Manage all GMS budget reconciliations for team and staff travel expenses and travel to away competition as needed and coordinated with both the men’s and women’s soccer coaches.

Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
3 years of experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified, preferably at college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations; Current First Aid/CPR certification is preferred
Knowledge of athletics recruitment methods and techniques
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments with strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate an ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to foster a cooperative work environment
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; must be insurable
Proficient in computer use and relevant Microsoft applications
Available weekends and evenings – extensive travel required

Pay Range:
The projectedsalary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$44,022.00 - $73,406.80
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
