Intercollegiate Athletics
Reporting to the Head Coach, the Director of Operations will monitor and serve as a liaison with the athletics compliance office on all NCAA and Conference rules and guidelines as they pertain to the recruitment process of potential student-athletes, to include mailings, organization of visits, follow up through NCAA Eligibility Center and monitoring of required forms and submissions related to the recruitment process.

Apply NowAdditionally, this person will be responsible for the following items:
Monitoring and keeping current records in compliance with all applicable NCAA and Conference rules relative to countable athletically-related activities, awards and summer employment.
Directing and assisting in coordinating and organizing on-campus recruitment visits for prospective student-athletes to include individual student itineraries, housing arrangements, academic and head coach appointments, entertainment, and meals.
Assisting with directing and executing all team travel plans for away competitions to include air and ground transportation, lodging, team meetings, and practice schedules.
Acting as administrator in charge of all aspects of post-season competitions.
Coordinating all public relations activities and community service events that require presence of coaching staff or student athletes, in consultation with the Athletics Compliance Office, as necessary.
Serving as a liaison between the Men’s Basketball program, athletic development office and department marketing and communications staff.
Directing, organizing, and assisting in running all Missouri Men’s Basketball Summer Camps.
Directing the planning, preparation, and monitoring of the Men’s Basketball budget; direct the day-to-day operations of the Men’s Basketball Office. Hiring, training, and directing support staff and student assistants.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or designated sports admin.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required.
A Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a NCAA Division I basketball program.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
