Purpose of Position

The purpose of this position is to direct the day-to-day operations for the UND Women’s Basketball program, including arranging all team travel, serve as summer camp director, assist in video coordination for coaches and team, and assist in developing a competitive game schedule under the direction of the Women’s Basketball Head Coach. This position will also oversee the travel and equipment budget, serve as the staff liaison for social media with the Ralph Engelstad Arena (REA) staff concerning team and visiting team practice and game scheduling. In addition, this position will coordinate championship travel/post season participation in the NCAA, WNIT and/or WBI tournaments. This position must have a commitment to compliance with all NCAA rules and regulation, and must provide support, encouragement, and ensure the safety & well-being of the student-athletes.
