Position Summary:
The Director of Player Development / Recruiting will serve as a crucial support system to the baseball coaching staff and student athletes. This individual will act as the primary liaison between the team and various departments including analytics, strength and conditioning, athletic training, and student managers. Additionally, the Assistant Coach will assist in developing practice plans, scouting, and game planning under the guidance of the head baseball coach. The ideal candidate will possess collegiate and/or professional playing experience along with coaching and/or instructing expertise.
Workplace Requirements:
This position is exclusively on-site, necessitating all duties to be performed in-person on campus during both regular office hours, mornings, nights, and weekends as team schedule requires. This position will require regular travel. PerRice policy 440, work arrangements may be subject to change.
Proposed Hiring Range : Commensurate based on education and experience. Minimum starting salary at $48,700
