Lead Nebraska Football’s player-development program and serve as the primary architect of each student-athlete’s growth beyond on-field performance. Player development is the core of this role – life skills, professional and career readiness, leadership, and transition support. Within that mandate, own personal-brand strategy as a core component, helping players build durable, marketable, and authentic identities during and after their time at Nebraska. Work in close coordination with football operations, compliance, academic and performance staff, and any NIL entity, and support the program’s media and communications efforts as appropriate. Weekend and evening hours required. Occasional travel during the season.
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln seeks to attract and retain a high performing and collaborative workforce.
