Quinnipiac University's Department of Athletics invites applications for a Director of Player Development, Men's Basketball to assist with the overall development of the men's basketball student-athletes on and off the court. This position will also be responsible for the day-to-day video operations of a NCAA Division I basketball program including all video analytics for games and practices.

Assist with preparing scouting documents for scouting meetings
Assist with special projects and other tasks/duties as requested by coaching staff
Bachelor's degree required
1-2 years of experience in video recording and editing software, preferably at a NCAA Division I institution or professional sports organization
Significant skill in the use of computer software
An understanding of NCAA rules and regulations
Effective communication and organizational skills, including experience working in the sport of basketball
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
