The Director of Player Development, Technology, and Analytics / Softball is responsible for providing sports performance and analytical data, administrative support, and recruiting support services for the Softball program. Additionally, this individual will assist other coaches with developing strategies for practice and games. Provide detailed written and visual scouting reports. This position will also assist in the day-to-day communication with baseball recruits, and also assist with camps and tournaments on campus. This position reports directly to the Head Coach / Softball.
