The Director of Player Development, Technology, and Analytics / Softball is responsible for providing sports performance and analytical data, administrative support, and recruiting support services for the Softball program. Additionally, this individual will assist other coaches with developing strategies for practice and games. Provide detailed written and visual scouting reports. This position will also assist in the day-to-day communication with baseball recruits, and also assist with camps and tournaments on campus. This position reports directly to the Head Coach / Softball.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree and/or bachelor's degree in sports management or a related field with comparable sports management experience.
Experience in a Division I college softball program.
Working knowledge of sports performance technology, statistics, and analytics specific to softball.
Ability to collect, clean, analyze, and transform data into visualizations for coaches to increase the performance and development of student athletes.
Commitment to diversity.
Ability to successfully communicate with a diverse group of student athletes, and their families and/or representatives.
Experience with Division I softball recruiting.
Knowledge of NCAA Rules and Regulations.
