Director of Player Personnel / Men's Basketball will coordinate the daily recruiting operational and logistical processes within the Men's Basketball program. This position reports directly to the Head Coach / Men's Basketball.

Required Qualifications
Apply NowMaster's degree or bachelor's degree with relevant experience working in a men's basketball Division I program.
Division I recruiting experience either as a coach or administrative staff member.
Previous experience as a video coordinator or director of player personnel for a basketball program.
Commitment to diversity.
Knowledge of NCAA and conference recruiting rules and policies.
Ability to communicate with a diverse group of coaches, student athletes, and key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Division I coaching and/or playing experience.
Experience using social media.
Experience with fundraising and NIL.
