Gaither Associate Head Men's Basketball Coach, this position supports the overall operations and strategic initiatives of the Stanford Men’s Basketball program. The Director of Player Personnel plays a key role in program management, contributing to areas such as analytics, scouting coordination, recruiting operations, and player development. The role requires a proactive, organized professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while upholding Stanford Athletics’ commitment to excellence on and off the court. This role is onsite with a fixed-term end date of no later than April 30, 2027.

The expected pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage the university reasonably expects to pay for a position upon hire. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
