Apply NowThe director of recruiting operations at Rice University works under the direction of the executive director of recruiting and is responsible for planning and coordinating recruiting of student athletes for the football program. S/he partners with the recruiting staff as well as others on the coaching staff in developing recruiting strategies, in cooperation with the Head Football Coach.The director of recruiting operations also is responsible for supporting the philosophy, goals, and mission of Rice University and its intercollegiate athletics program as well as adherence to Departmental, University, American Athletic Conference, and NCAA policies and procedures as it relates to recruitment of student athletics.
