The U.S. Naval Academy seeks a Director of Rugby Operations to assist with the development and organization of competitive NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Rugby programs competing in the D1A Rugby and National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) conferences. Responsibilities include assisting the Director of Rugby in the management and administration of the Men’s and Women’s Rugby programs, including coordinating travel, recruiting, program administration, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Rugby. This individual will also serve as an Assistant Coach with the Men’s Rugby program.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, coaching experience, the ability to recruit academically and athletically qualified students, and the knowledge of and ability to abide by NCAA, D1A Rugby, NIRA, and all other applicable governing rules and regulations.
