The Director of Sports Performance manages the intercollegiate sports strength and conditioning program for 18 varsity sports.

This is an on campus position located in Golden, Colorado.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Management

  • Create in season, out of season and summer strength, conditioning and speed programs for all NCAA Sport programs.

  • Schedule all NCAA sport programs into Volk and McKee weight room facilities year round.

  • Create, implement and oversee Volk and McKee weight room maintenance and cleaning schedules. 

  • Schedule staffing and coordinate logistics to help successfully implement strength, conditioning and speed program for all 18 varsity sports.

  • Work with sports medicine department on all injury prevention and rehabilitation as needed.

  • Oversee and manage the budget, purchasing and maintenance of all weight room and conditioning equipment.

  • Oversee and manage the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.
