Purpose of Position

The University of North Dakota Department of Athletics is currently recruiting for a Director of Strength & Conditioning. The purpose of this position is to develop, promote, and supervise all facets of the UND Athletic Department Strength & Conditioning program while abiding by the rules and regulations of the NCAA, University of North Dakota, and athletics conferences (MVFC, NCHC, The Summit League). Must have a commitment to compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations. Must provide support and encouragement and ensure the safety and well-being of the student-athletics.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, promote, and supervise all facets of the UND Strength & Conditioning program.
  • Evaluate and teach exercise techniques, including movement, resistance training, weightlifting, speed/sprint, agility, and energy systems.
