Athletic Administration
A Master’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of experience working directly with students in advising, athletics, admissions, or recruitment at the collegiate level is required. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
The department is especially interested in candidates who are members of the National Association for Academic Advisors in Athletics (N4A) and who possess professional experience working in an advising capacity with collegiate student-athletes on a college or university campus.
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
This position may require work beyond the normal schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Member of the National Association for Academic Advisors in Athletics (N4A).
Knowledge of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Canva) as well as social media platforms alongside trends is beneficial.
Professional experience working in an advising capacity with collegiate student-athletes on a college or university campus and an interest in student-athlete life skills development.
Must be able to comply with all Department, University, Board of Trustees, Athletic Conference, and
NCAA
policies and procedures.
