Athletic Administrator (61122501), full-time position with benefits. Salary range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00. Normal work hours vary and include nights and weekends and travel as necessary. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.

Develop, manage and execute ticket sales and retention campaigns related to season tickets, group sales, mini plans, and single game tickets across all ticketed athletic events.

Supervision of sales staff.
Perform various ticket sales and services operations at athletic events as assigned.
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with patrons.
Proactively source and cultivate new business opportunities to maximize revenue.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required : Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of five (5) years experience in ticket sales.
Preferred: Experience with Paciolan and Salesforce platforms; Experience in Intercollegiate Athletics ticketing.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, desire and ability to learn and work in a fast paced environment; Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; understanding of sales cycles; ability to work in collaboration with others.
